Recent many Automotive spray booth fire accident set off an alarm bell to auto repair and auto 4s shop, Fire can deprive the repair shop one year profit bathing, or cause substantial damage to property, so it must be prevented. At the bottom may form oil pool , eventually led to the explosion.

1. When the baking room stop heating, fan should have a delay ventilation function. This is conducive to improve the service life of the heat exchanger.
2.Combustible carelessly throw away, waste such as masking paper, tape and etc., this kind of waste paper is stained with a lot of paint, very easy to cause a fire. In case of fire, the baking room is very dangerous.
3.The heat exchange system outer wall of the stainless steel under long term use will cause the rupture and the flame fleeing, especially some manufacturers use partial thin stainless steel, more easily lead to rupture. General recommend to use more than 2.0mm thick steel plate.
4.Electrical short circuit lead to fire. In the baking room, there are many parts of the need to use power, such as lighting, ignition, fans, especially lighting lines, most of the lines are through the spray booth, it has a new dangerous.
5.Any fuel process will produce coke, especially the waste oil, because of the combustion characteristics, will produce more carbon deposition. Like a car explosion principle in the combustion chamber have multiple fires, easily lead to abnormal combustion, if too much fuel deposition, will cause deflagration.
6.The spray booth have automatic temperature control function. Commonly temperature is 20~80 degrees, if the personnel misuse, the temperature will be high, the burning time is longer, may cause the the outer wall temperature of heat exchange too high. For car repair using , the general temperature can not be more than 60 degrees, in order to reduce the possibility of accident.
